Is fuel included?+
No. Vans are supplied with a full tank and should be returned full. Any fuel shortfall is charged at cost + £10 refuel fee.
What's the minimum age & licence requirement?+
Panel vans: 21+ with 2 years on a Cat B licence. Lutons: 25+ with Cat C1. 7.5t rigids: 25+ with Cat C.
How does the damage deposit work?+
A refundable deposit (£150–£500 depending on vehicle) is ring-fenced in escrow and released within 48h of clean return.
Can I extend a booking mid-hire?+
Yes — extend from the app up to 2 hours before end of hire, subject to the next customer's booking on that vehicle.
